We invited Chef Jozef Youssef, the creative mind behind Kitchen Theory (London), to interpret Multisensory Experiences: Where the senses meet technology through food. The result is Ink and Paper — a dish that explores how sensations can shift from one sense to another, capturing the textures, sounds, aromas, and visuals of ‘consuming’ a book.

We invited Prof. Patrizia Marti, whose work explores cultural, aesthetic, and social issues through embodied interaction, to capture the feel of our book. She created a responsive dandelion. In nature, when you blow on a dandelion, the petals drift away. In this version, they light up, inviting playful interaction and sensory reflection.

We invited Prof. Atau Tanaka, who blends human-computer interaction with music, to capture the sound of our book.
🎵 His piece, created with artist Uta Kögelsberger, draws from cave recordings and virtual sculptures to explore how sound can transport us across space and sense.
